FVMF & The Venue Receive Grant from CFFRV

FVMF and The Venue have received a local grant from the Community Foundation of Fox River Valley which will will help provide an enhanced experience for visiting musicians, patrons, and staff.
The Fox Valley Music Foundation is thrilled to announce it has been awarded a generous grant from the Community Foundation of Fox River Valley. This grant will provide needed support for the Foundation’s mission to preserve, promote, and nurture the music traditions of the Fox Valley region while fostering community engagement through live music and educational programs.
The project will allow the Foundation to purchase a variety of equipment and technology to support live music performances in The Venue, the Foundation’s innovative and world-class listening room in downtown Aurora. This partnership underscores the shared commitment to enriching the cultural vibrancy of our community through music.
“We are deeply grateful to the Community Foundation of Fox River Valley for their continued support of our work,” said Karen Fouts, Executive Director of the Fox Valley Music Foundation. “This grant will empower us to improve the sound experience for the artists who play our room and also the patrons who come here to connect over the power of music.”
