The Venue Celebrates 5th Anniversary with Spectacular Weekend of Shows
The Venue, a premier entertainment space owned and operated by the non-profit Fox Valley Music Foundation in the heart of Aurora, IL, recently celebrated its 5th anniversary with a weekend of unforgettable performances. The anniversary weekend shows showcased an array of talented artists and musicians, including Allie Kral and The Night Krals, Grammy-nominees Liquid Soul, and a Jimmy Buffet tribute by Great Moments in Vinyl.
"We are thrilled to commemorate this milestone anniversary with a weekend of remarkable shows that exemplify the essence of live entertainment," said Sam Dempsey, General Manager of The Venue. "It has been an incredible journey, and thanks in large part to the efforts of our Artistic Director Scott Tipping (a renowned musician in his own right), we are privileged to have hosted some of the most incredible artists and musicians over the past five years.” Says Fox Valley Music Foundation Executive Director Karen Fouts, “We are beyond grateful to our staff, our volunteers, and to all of the artists and patrons who have made the last 5 years possible. We are thrilled to have welcomed more than 600 attendees to celebrate the weekend with us, and we look forward to many more years of delivering exceptional performances."
